The application Menu Bar and this portion of the top of the screen are the primary project and file "command and control" area for the application.

The Project Title Box and Tool Bar can be displayed or hidden by Users. The Mac OS Title Bar, Actor Column heading and Time Bar are always displayed. Note the content of each element of this command area. Tool tips are provided to help use the command and control features.
