REPORT QUALITY ASSURANCE TUTORIAL Preparatory Step 4: Convert and document the implied actions in the Event Block format. Because data exists in so many forms, converting any data in the EB format is a constant challenge for investigators. This step provides insights into how to handle these challenges.For each implied or inferred event that you have found, define the actor and actions inferred.
