Text copied to the Clipboard can be pasted into or over text in another object in a matrix, or a cell in an EB, Comment or Diamond panel. Use this option when text is available elsewhere, as in other digitized documents, and needs to be reproduced exactly, or when repetitive text needs to be entered as when modifying a name, date, etc. Because of the risk of bulk replacements inadvertently overwriting and the complexity of identifying such errors, bulk text replacement is not supported; each change requires personal attention.

  1. Text:
    • copy text to clipboard frrom any source, then
    • select text to replace or data entry box to receive text, then
    • press Command+ C.
